Our wooden beam chandeliers are designed and handcrafted in our Devon Studio. Each hanging light fixture is individual, designed to fit your space and enhance your interior. Our made to measure service ensures your chandelier fits perfectly with minimal adjustments needed.

Crafted using reclaimed oak from the Devonport dry docks in Plymouth. The streaks of grey caused by salt water are enhanced with a matte varnish finish.
The pictured light fixture is accentuated with a dark grey cable, while components like bulb holders, chains, hooks, and ceiling cap are in matching bronze and is paired with heart-shaped vintage style amber glass LED bulbs. Alternatively you can order the fixture without bulbs and choose your own from our bulb shop.
This fixture would work well as a centre piece to a hallway or living room, or work well over a dining table or kitchen island around 120cm long.

Colour Choices: Cables, Components and Timber finish:
We can stain the oak and have a a range of stains available. If you would like to tone in with current furniture, please send us photos of your home (in daylight with no direct sun) so that we can choose the best match. We will then do colour tests on the top of your chosen timber and send you photographs and video for your approval. You can also choose a different cable colour - we have over 200 choices of Italian fabric covered cable, and component style and colour - from modern to traditional. We finalise all of these choices with you as part of the design process.
Maximum lengths included in the fixture price:
Up to 25cm from the top of the timber to the ceiling, and 36cm of cable drop below the fixture is included in the price.
25cm chain + 9cm timber depth + 36cm cable + bulb length = max drop
Should you need a longer drop, please get in touch for a custom quote. Additional chain is priced at £15 per m, and cable £6 per m.
Bulbs:
Bulbs vary in price depending on the size, shape, and colour that you choose. We would be happy to try different bulbs in the finished fixture and send you photos before you make your final decision.
Lead time and shipping:
This design is made to measure, we will be in touch as soon as you place your order to work out the finer details such as cable and component colours. Our lead time varies depending how busy we are, if you have a time constraint, please check our current lead time on our client area page before placing your order.
From the client area you will see how many orders we have in progress and updates on lead times. When we receive your order, you will be added to the client queue, and you will be able to check back and see progress of your order.
Measurements:
We will need some measurements from you to design and make your fixture.
- Ceiling height
- Dimensions of the furniture below the fixture or tell us if it needs to clear head height.
- Height of the tallest person in the house.
We can then draw a scale plan for you to agree before we begin wiring your fixture.

Shipping & Returns
Delivery Information
We aim to get all items shipped and delivered to your door within 3 business days. As our items are large we will need a mobile phone number at the point of ordering so that our couriers can arrange a suitable delivery time for you. Your delivery time will be sent to you beforehand with a 24 hour window in which you can change the delivery dates to a more suitable time. We advise you to check your inbox after ordering as we will send these instructions to your email. Once the 24 hour window has expired it may not be easy to re-arrange the delivery times too close to the original delivery date, however speak with our team and we will do our best to ensure everything arrives for you as smoothly as possible.Returns Information
We accept returns on all items as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging within a 14 day window. We will need to be contacted directly to arrange the details of where you will need to send the package and how to arrange the return.Refund Timeframes
It Typically takes around 3-5 business days to process a returned item, at which point a refund will be issued within 48 hours. Once the package has been returned we will inspect the item and if there is no damage to the product the full sale value will be returned to you within 48hours (on business days). We strongly advise that you take pictures of the item before return collection by our couriers.Damaged Items
If the product has arrived to you damaged, please notify us immediately and we will provide an address in which the item can be sent back. We have a 14 day notification policy on the return of any item including when there is damage or quality issues with the product. If we find that the item has been damaged by our couriers on-route to you we will seek full reimbursement of the product cost and return the full funds to you within 48 hours of confirmation. Please note that all products are photographed before they leave our warehouse and photographed again by our couriers. In the highly unlikely event of damage occurring in the final stage of delivery we will do what we can to reimburse any fees incurred in returning the product. However, we encourage you to speak to us directly as we may be able to collect the product depending on the issue at hand.Changes of Mind
We will need to be contacted directly to arrange the details of where you will need to send the package, we do not provide free return shipping for changes of mind, however we can assist with the arranging of a collection in these events. Depending on your location and item size return charges start from around the £25 mark, however we cannot confirm charges in advance as every courier is different and can charge different rates depending on location, item size and availability. As arranging change of mind returns can be a difficult and sometimes expensive process for all involved we advise you contact our team before purchasing any item if you have doubts and we can resolve any doubts you may have.
