Delivery Information

We aim to get all items shipped and delivered to your door within 3 business days. As our items are large we will need a mobile phone number at the point of ordering so that our couriers can arrange a suitable delivery time for you. 

Your delivery time will be sent to you beforehand with a 24 hour window in which you can change the delivery dates to a more suitable time. We advise you to check your inbox after ordering as we will send these instructions to your email. Once the 24 hour window has expired it may be difficult to re-arrange the delivery, however speak with our team and we will do our best to ensure everything arrives for you as smoothly as possible. 


Returns Information

We accept returns on all items as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging within a 14 day window. We will need to be contacted directly to arrange the details of where you will need to send the package and how to arrange the return. Please keep all of the original packaging in case of any return.

Refund Timeframes 

It Typically takes around 3-5 business days to process a returned item, at which point a refund will be issued within 48 hours.  Once the package has been returned we will inspect the item and if there is no damage to the product the full sale value will be returned to you within 48hours (on business days). 

We strongly advise that you take pictures of the item before return collection by our couriers.

Damaged Items

If the product has arrived to you damaged, please notify us immediately and we will provide an address in which the item can be sent back. We have a 14 day notification policy on the return of any item including when there is damage or quality issues with the product.

 If we find that the item has been damaged by our couriers on-route to you we will seek full reimbursement of the product cost and return the full funds to you within 48 hours of confirmation.

Please note that all products are photographed before they leave our warehouse and photographed again by our couriers. In the highly unlikely event of damage occurring in the final stage of delivery we will do what we can to reimburse any fees incurred in returning the product. However, we encourage you to speak to us directly as we may be able to collect the product depending on the issue at hand. Please keep all original packaging even if it is damaged as this is needed for the returns process.

Changes of Mind

We will need to be contacted directly to arrange the details of where you will need to send the package, we do not provide free return shipping for changes of mind, however we can assist with the arranging of a collection in these events.

Depending on your location and item size return charges start from around the £25 mark, however we cannot confirm charges in advance as every courier is different and can charge different rates depending on location, item size and availability. As arranging change of mind returns can be a difficult and sometimes expensive process for all involved we advise you contact our team before purchasing any item if you have doubts and we can resolve any doubts you may have.
